A Call Out to Nashville Bike Week Employees

nashville bike week 2017

While the dream of spending a week riding your motorcycle throughout the beautiful countryside of Tennessee with your buddies to celebrate Nashville Bike Week quickly becomes a nightmare, there is one thing I have yet to figure out- where are the employees of this event?

If I open up my web browser to Google or Facebook, I can find anything I want, but I cannot find employees of Nashville Bike Week. I know there are employees. Someone by the name of Chad answers the phone. I’ve seen videos of pretty girls promoting the event. So, why do I only hear crickets? Where are the employees? Why are they not talking? They could be saying great things about the event and their experiences in working for Mike Axle/Mike Lewis Leffingwell. They could also be saying horror stories. But you see, that is the problem, they aren’t saying anything! Why?

Did Axle threaten you with a libel/slander suit? If so, I want to hear from you. If he is awesome, I want to hear from you. By the way, I took libel/slander law in law school and let me summarize the law for you very quickly- THE TRUTH IS ALWAYS A DEFENSE!

Here’s another thing you should know about lawsuits- they cost money! He would need to spend money on an attorney for the lawsuit and the person he is suing also better have money. You don’t sue people that don’t have money, that is pointless. Besides, what is he going to do? Appear in Court? Not with so many warrants pending. Not to mention a bankruptcy would wipe out any judgment.

Let’s say the point of the lawsuit is to issue a “gag order” which is typical in high profile cases in Florida an elsewhere, meaning you cannot speak about the event. I fail to see how that would happen, but let’s say it did; what’s the worse thing that happened? A judge told you to shut up? You know how long it would take for that to happen? At least in the meantime we all know what is going on. Besides, if he did do that, that act alone would answer all of our questions.

Now, from what I have been told, Mike Axle likes to file restraining orders against others. Well, in Florida a restraining order requires an act of violence. And if Tennessee is anything like Florida when it comes to restraining orders, then it is being filed because it costs nothing to file it unless it is a civil restraining order. You don’t want victims of violence to not have access to the courts and the quickest way to cut off their access is charge a few hundred dollars to protect themselves.

In Florida, there is a fee to file for restraining orders, but I’ve never seen anyone pay for it, even wealthy clients. If he actually succeeded in having a restraining order issued against you, then contact me. If he took any legal action against you, contact me.

The truth of the of the matter is if you aren’t talking, then you are part of the problem as well. And yes, feel free to contact me at alex@mcatty.com. I won’t publish your name, I just want some facts.

If you are served with a restraining order, civil or otherwise, or even receive a letter from an attorney, immediately contact an attorney from that state. The information available on this site is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as legal advice.

Glad he is in the pokie. I won’t get my $ back, but after stealing from so many, so many victims of Nashville Bike Week, I hope he never sees daylight.

Checked my cardholder agreement for my Visa card. (Harley Visa) Under losses not covered: those due to fraud. Protesting the loss through my card may due no good. Still anxiously awaiting the arrival of my “certified check”. Not a happy camper.
